bootmod3 update - Additional and **FREE** OTS maps (CS and GTS Stage 0+)

Hey guys, quick update on something new we've added and changed for all BM3 users. GTS and CS maps are really great learning maps on how to self-tune your non-ZCP and ZCP M4 cars with BM3. People often ask about details on them, how they work, what are the differences in tuning, what did BMW change that makes them make more power, etc. You've all seen dynos which show decent gains especially over the non-ZCP M4 software. Some of you also wouldn't mind trying the GTS or CS software on your S55s just to see what the fuss is about

We had the Stage 0+ (GTS) map as an OTS map for a while now but it required 1 additional map credit ($100) to use. We've now made that map 0 credits worth (free) and added the CS version of it as well

At this point bootmod3 license cost includes these two additional maps along with any other OTS map that is worth 1 map credit.

We're adding in another change to be able to import either of these Stage 0+ maps into your own map for your own learning/curiosity sake

When do you think you will be offering BM3 version of the OBDII unlock.

I just tried the CS map and to be honest its ok but my Stage 2 OTS is an animal compared to it. There is no comparison. I think for a track day maybe for fun I’ll use it and see how it goes but just goes to show just how much better what we have is compared to OEM in every way. Stage 2 OTS map has the same drivability characteristics extremely smooth everywhere except when you step on it then you KNOW what’s up!

They don’t have OBD unlock released yet. They’re in testing and as they say ETA is “2 weeks”!

They would prolly ask us to buy the cable like MHD did which is under $45.

BM3 uses the ENET cable for flashing not the old school USB one or some special cable and its faster to flash. Its the same cable you use for coding.

I dont agree with you, I had the OTS stg2 for a couple of months and tried the CS map and despite being slower I preffer it in every way , the car is so much smoother and the power delivery ia much better, other than straight line WOT pulls i like preffer the CS map.
