Thanks for the prompt response, I had mine installed last week with my catless downpipe. Yesterday the CEL engine check light came on, I have the OBD2 clear setting on but the light won't go away. Is there any specific steps needed in order to clear or anything I am missing?

I get this issue as well and have to manually clear the CEL with ISTA or Bimmerlink. I have obd2 clear settings turned on in the MVC module but it doesn't work all the time.
