If u have fleet u usually know it. Ur company should have a pre-approved code and and official BMW contact person and everything. I was able to combine it with all my incentives, i.e. Option credit, holiday, and UDE.

Thought so. My company doesn't.

Dam. With all those credits you saved what? 1000+500+1000+500? Wow 3K. Sweet.

Hi, I'm new here but just wanted to ask about the pricing for a new 2016 M4. I am buying it out full so no lease/finance. I'm located around LA and this is the deal I got from a dealer today:

MSRP: 78,495
Discount: 3,500
Selling Price: 74,995
Doc Fee: 80
License: 588
Total Fee: 624
Total Tax: 6,756.75

Total Price: 82,455.75

The exterior color is alpine white and the interior's red which the dealer's telling me is "very hard to come by" while reasoning for the price. Does this seem like a decent deal or can I press the price down lower? What would be a suitable price instead? Thanks in advance for any suggestions or advice!

You should be able to get lower. Negotiate more.

Invoice for your car will be right around 73K (7% off). you can get the exact amount as well. just search and you'll find invoice pricing on m4s or go to Edmunds. The 3500 so called discount they are giving you includes 1500 in December incentives on the m4 (see BMW's website for incentives to learn more) that the dealer will get back from BMW anyway. so they are really giving you a discount of 2K off MSRP...not a good deal. You should be able to negotiate lower and negotiate from invoice. Also, as its a M4 there is more wiggle room to negotiate than the m3 even on cars that are on the lot. There's more inventory of m4 than m3s in your area (just check dealer websites and cars.com to narrow your search) and you have the end of year timing working in your favor. Also suggest reaching out to multiple dealers in your area. Some folks here recommend Khoi at long beach. I would also suggest reaching out to Gonzalo at New Century BMW. good luck

Quick question as I am staring my new F80 build. Do these dealerships have limited allocations for the F80s? I can't find one on a lot withing 100 miles. Trying to get as close to invoice as possible for a build.

Thanks guys!

Yes F80 is generally tougher to get allocation on and discounts aren't as deep. Have to call several dealerships and see what allocations they have. My out might have to expand search further out

If you are up for PCD then you can order from any dealer in the country that has an allocation. I would recommend Ian Lawyer at Passport BMW in MD if you care to venture outside of Ohio. PM me if you need more info.

My current dealership is offering 5% off msrp and .0015 MF. Good deal? Pretty much about 1k over invoice.

IS this a 2015 or 2016? you are writing in the 2015 thread.

for a 2015 i would say definitely not a great price at 5% off; for a 2016 5% off (prior to incentives) of MSRP depending on the market you are may be good.

and MF is either marked up or your credit isn't good enough.

I just picked up my 2016 F80 last week. I ordered it in September when inventory was not as scarce.

MSRP $80,295
Invoice $74,470
Negotiated Price $74,892
UDE Credit $1,000
Holiday Credits $1,500
Final Sales Price $72,392

My original Negotiated Price was $75,970 ($1,500 over invoice, 5.4% off MSRP) but my CA lowered the price a bit at signing so he could bump up MF to 0.00158. This cost me nothing but he said the finance guys like it. Whatever, he gave me a great price and if shuffling a little money around helps guys get their numbers then it's cool with me. My credit is excellent BTW.

I maxed out MSDs and kicked in a little towards the cap reduction the get the payment down to $775 which I needed for my wife to be okay.

Sales Price $72,392
MSDs $5,600 (refundable)
Effective MF 0.00109
Cap Reduction $1,900
First month $775
Upfront fees $1,618
Upfront taxes $283
62% residual (36 mo/ 10k-yr)

Total Due at Signing $10,180
Monthly payment $775

I live in Columbus and ordered from an out of state dealer. I picked it up at the performance center. If you are looking for the best deal that is the way to go.

Good luck!

Where did you pick it up? Have a CA name? Never did it this way but will consider if the deal is that good. Thanks!

I picked it up at the BMW Performance Center. All BMW dealers in the USA can send the car directly from the plant strait there.

For the best pricing contact the high volume dealerships.

So, you fly out to South Carolina to pick it up?
How much did that save you?

Correct!

I paid about $500 over invoice before $2,250 in incentives in August.

If I would have purchased at either of the dealerships 20 miles from my house (MAG BMW and Kelly BMW) I would have paid MSRP or slightly under...maybe 1k or 2k off. They are very low volume. Less than 100 new cars on the lot at any given time.

There are many a thread detailing PCDeliveries here. I'd link them for you but I'm on my phone. You can't beat doing it this way (PCD) unless you already live close to a high volume dealer that is needing to move cars. At this point invoice or under should be doable.
