After more than a month, I finally began on getting her dolled up and protected.

Here's a video showing the full process for the leather cleaning, decontaminating and protecting. Just a brief heads up...it's a long-format video. Might be best served while enjoy a few cups of coffee in the morning.

I get it man. It IS a beautiful color. But satin DV absolutely will look stunning and tasteful when wearing the full suit.

I feel like the satin just mutes the color too much. I hate purple in general, but love techno violet for some reason, go figure.

I hear ya man. But just like ordering a purple car, I am not doing this because I know everyone else will love it.

But, this will be a seasonal change kinda thing. Year-one will be satin. Year-two is already planned out and will be pretty insane and classic.

My first request to BMW for the paint was Techno Violet but they shut it down and said they wouldn't do it. So I went with Daytona Violet. I am still super happy.

My .02 about the actual color in pictures is this. It's practically impossible to capture the real color with a camera. Even after post, it just isn't practical to get the exact attitude the color has.
