I really like the way they look to be made. Unfortunately, Euro 6 cats probably means they will cost quite a bit and I don't think there would be substantially more horsepower....my guess is ~7-9 RWHP?

Better air flow, better sound. Just like all catted downpipes on the market.
It does use higher quality cats so the chances of CEL is smaller. That being said its not 100% success rate

Pointless paying 3K and hoping not getting a CEL, you can better results with 500 $ catless dp.
