Remember, only a few packages increase the black book value (which sucks). So things like full leather - well, that is basically worthless on trade. Which sucks.

Do options like full leather and lighting even matter. it seems like its comp pack or bust.

I can certainly ask - I remember when I went to get a trade value for my well optioned 2006 550i and they said
Does it have Sport Package, Nav, and Cold Weather? And I said "Yes, and more!" They said "don't care, those are the only three options that change the trade value"

So I ate the comfort seats, fold down rears, HUD, and other options which were mine

So.. the lesson there is... well optioned cars, with a good residual, should always be leased -

Hint, think Individual colors or Frozen colors - those do nothing to increase your trade and/or could even hurt your trade, but heck, if you are only paying 40% of the $5K, well then, order up! I mean, Lease up!

Not really. Comp may get you an extra G. thats about it. Same for Exec. CCB's are worth a few K unless they are worn.
