Would 285/35/19 Fit on Stock Wheel?

I am wondering if this tire would fit on the M4 stock wheels? Original size is 275/35/19 in the rear. This tire is in national backorder but they have this size 285/35/19. Would these work? TIA

Yes, it will fit, but when I ran this tire size on my f80 the traction control was unhappy when driving on freeway ramps and high-speed curves it would flash and cut power. fixed this by going to 295/35/19 and running 255/35/19 up front. They're Pilot sport 4s

So going even bigger on the rear was better? Stock rim right?

Are you using spacers?

To keep TC happy stick with stock tire diameters, or keep rears between equal and +0.75in. If you want to double check send a PM to Jimmy at Signature Wheel BMW he's a guru, answers on all brands.

My first mod was moving the factory rear Conti 275/35/19s up front and putting 295/30s on back. The diameters were equal but the 30 looked a little short. Once I tuned those wouldn't stick and I got fat wheels/tires. Stock wheels are my winter set now.

I went to 285/35/19 R and my DSC freaked out occasionally. When I replaced the fronts with 265/35/19, all the traction control issues went away. I would think 295/35/19 R while keeping the stock 255/35/19 F would make the issue worse as you would increase the height difference btw F and R.
