I tried a cost effective way to upgrade my steering wheel and found a solution I will post links and instructions soon. Happy Thanksgiving.

Tacky? I got nothing but compliments on this steering wheel, each its own, looks and feel awesome. And those that are on a lease, you can take it off upon return. I prefer this wrap rather than anything else. Especially since this option saved me $1,200.00.

If anything, you save more money buying the V2 wheel then reselling it. |

Reminds me of a knit sweater from gramma. If you're gonna drop upwards of 80k on a car, cheap solutions arent always the best solutions.
Glad you're happy with your solution but that would make me die a little inside each time I drove my car |

Bro how about upgrading by cleaning that nasty wheel and shift knob back to new condition then there would have been no need for an upgrade.

looks good minus the 3 stripes. Most m stuff is cheap we just pay M tax on it... when you break down the basic aftermarket parts for our cars they are garbage. enjoy it and drive it.

Anyways, the carbon fiber trim can vary anywhere from 200-250.
The wrap is customizable just go to MEWANT Steering Wheel Cover,Hand Sewing Steering Wheel Cover ... mewanten.com/ The cost is 49.95 Enjoy. |

It looks good, but the steering wheel is thick enough as it is. I couldn't imagine wrapping it with another layer of material. I still think the V2 wheel is the way to go.

There isn't an aftermarket or M-Performance wheel on the market that allows you to preserve your heated steering wheel function. Not a big deal in the southern states but at -40 it's a beautiful function. I'd be interested in this minus the M stripes |
