I think his sponsorship money is better spent elsewhere.

I mean he's spent the entire thread defending himself against selling a product to that segment of the market that is happy to compromise quality for price.

I don't really see why that matters to anyone except those who decide to buy the product.

Hey guys, I have good news

We just finished working on version 5 of this diffuser.

Version 4 was very close to perfect, almost everyone who got it was very happy with quality and fitment (the entire batch sold within 48 hours).

That being said, we got feedback that the install could have been simpler and in rare instances, customers had to do some minor trimming.

In an effort to make this product even better, we are going to offer version 5 with spot-on fitment (100% plug and play) and higher quality finish

I will share more details with you once this product is available

What timeline are we looking at for the product availability? Was looking at other sources for some carbon aero but will wait if timeline is reasonable. Let me know when you will have the m performance style lip, splitter, and side skirts as well as the 3 pc diffuser in stock. This quarantine has me ready to drop some cash so I have something to do at home while all this blows over

For V5, is the CF weave going in the same direction? I noticed in the pictures the weaves are going in different directions from the middle part and the sides.

Also, does it match the direction of the V style lip? I am interested in purchasing both.

Just randomly came across the diffuser browsing google for a 3pc Vorsteiner style diffuser for my f80. Seemed a tad high compared to similar setups but I did like the “fitment guarantee” and dealing with a legit vendor, so I figured for a part like this it’s probably better to pay a little extra up front to avoid hassle/more money spent later.

After reading the thread, sounds like you guys have the v5 dialed and I made the right choice!

Can’t wait to see this thing in person and get it installed. Will be ordering some side skirts soon as well!

Looks damn good to me Mike.....
I bought a Autotecknic spoiler of a forum member and it is just a chinese piece that slap a sticker on and clear coat over. Fit ok but not awesome, overall quality is average and that charge more then if you ordered it from china yourself.....

I just started looking at diffusers myself

I would put it on my car...... Keep at it guys

I'm afraid even on those latest pics the quality isn't good enough. The carbon cloth looks crumpled into the ribs - clearly visible on the left most rib in the last photo, and even more obvious/bad in the 2nd to last photo, furthest rib. These areas are visible so it's not like it's even hidden under the car and is excusable.
There's no way I'd fit that example I'm afraid, pretty much at any price.
