Nice find! Been waiting to see a SSII w/ carbon fiber roof! Looks great IMHO. Definitely the combo I'm sticking with :-)

Yeah if my last M3 wasn't Silverstone it would be my first choice.

What the what? 2 new Ms at the same intersection, both turning left? Must be somewhere right outside a BMW facility.

And thanks for sharing!

The stance on that SS m4 looks amazing. And why do both cars have diff rear wheels from the front wheels?

I love how silverstone looks here, but when i had my E60 M5 in Silverstone it had a baby blue tint which i really didn't like.

I want a straight silver.

Not sure if the color changed from then till now.

Rite now i have an Apline white on black M4 specked to play it safe.

This is Silverstone II- not sure if the E60 M5 was the same or the original Silverstone?

Anyone notice the different style wheels in the front from the rear on both mules?

Ya that actually looks pretty nice. Although a frozen gray would look phenomenal

The e39 M5 had the original Silverstone which was more blue. I compared an e60 Silverstone to my last e92 in SSii and they looked the same. SSii still has a blue character that shows itself in certain lighting. Although sometimes it looks straight up silver without any blue. It seems people either love it or hate it. I think it shows off the lines the best and is the easiest to maintain.

Thanks. I figured it was the same as the E60 M5 which i want a fan of.

I also think its a little ridiculous how BMW does not have any solid colors to choose from. There is no Jet Black, there is no Pure Silver.

These are such basic color choices that i think every car should have.

Good to know that SSII is easy to maintain. I think I washed my E46 M3 a total of 20 times over 10 years ;-)

Right now I'm thinking SS II with black wheels will be my order. The blue hue of Silverstone will look good with the blue calipers, the contrast with the wheels and the carbon roof. Tint windows and Akra exhaust and I'll be done.

It's nice to see some other colors though

I'm in between - it does have more blue than I like - would prefer something like Titanium. Not sure if an SO interior would clash with that blue tint.

Here's Fox Red w/SSii. I felt it blended nicely but it was on the edge of too much contrast for me. SO with SSii will be LOUD but I don't think it'll clash...kinda subjective though.
