Thank you, much appreciated! I think it comes down to the wall thickness used and that PETG has better layer adhesion than ABS. The backing plate ducts are "solid" and the base of those are 5 mm thick which is considerable mass. In combination with the strengthening ribs and steel backing plates is what makes it work.

Is anyone running the larger 2.5" kit with wide front wheels? I feel like the bigger the better

I was running 18x10" ET 25 with 265/35/18 (still the same setup) up front on my M2 with a 2,5" kit last year without any big issues. A little wear on the hose on a couple of spots because of turning to full lock/hard compression but that's expected when you want to maximize the hose diameter. I use polyester electrical tape at the critical spots and make sure to change out that tape every year to prolong the life of the hose.

The installation guide for the rear clubsport kit is now added in the first post!

Some pictures of a complete clubsport kit sent out to ItsaGoose here on the forum.

I've managed to dail in the finish of the ABS-sensor arm as well, it appears it needed a lot more cooling.

My M2 just passed the yearly inspection and the technicians paid extra close attention to the front brake cooling. I guess they thought something would rub lock to lock, the surprised look on their face when it didn't was kinda funny. The front control arm ducts sit around 10 cm/4" off the ground. The rear isn't even close to being the lowest part.
