Melting and/or gone.

It has been a fairly dry and warm winter - consistently way above freezing (some of which is common, but not this much and for such long stretches).

So it is good for driving, shitty for skiing.

Congrats! Beautiful car! Can't believe you bought from SS, though, I had terrible experiences trying to buy from them back in late 2010. Is that clown Lonnie still there? He quoted me some of the most ridiculous prices I've ever heard of. They had some demo cars that they were basically quoting same as new invoice pricing, and I'm like...I can get this car new, never used, with 5,000 miles for the same price...why would I touch your used car?

In any event, as long as you're happy. Congrats! Tanzanite is a beautiful color!

It's the light, not the camera. You need a lot of direct sunlight to see the background color on Tanzanite.

Common misconception that is simply not true.

I've owned Oyster Nappa, which is very close to Silverstone. With two small kids, and I had ZERO issues.

I have a SO m3 coming and I am doing black grill and CF deck spoiler and CF roof and silver stone full interior.

I ordered the black rims but can still switch to silver. Not sure what to do... Thoughts ??? The TB color is really beautiful!!! Nice job.

hmm , Im not sure about Lonnie to be honest... I did most of my negotiating (if not all) via email, and I respected that they were up for it without the usual "oh just come in and we'll talk" Angela was professional and relayed my thoughts and was great overall.

Go silver! There was a SO m3 at the PCD and it had silver wheels and looked awesome.

to me you see more of it's depth in silver, and I have yet to see an aftermarket rim IMHO that fills the rear flares on the M3 better than the OEM 19 silvers.

With aftermarket you get individuality, but with all the black rims out there you get a snippet of it with the silvers ha ha!

Car looks great. I think the chrome actually works here and helps balance the silver wheels. On the crazier side, you could consider SS side vents and sidemarkers.
