I saw that too, but if he leased in VA then tax is levied upfront on the sales price on leases. If he leased in DC, then tax is on the monthly, but at 10.25%.
I'm located in Maryland. It's amazing I've been in communication with 5+ dealers and some range from msrp minus incentives to 20k.

So Cal area its AW > SMB > BSM.

So I've been back and forth and few deals, but they were for AW and BSM, which I'm not too keen on. I finally stumbled on a SMB M3 CS at a dealer that's willing to discount. Thoughts on this deal?

MSRP - 102k
Final price after discounts / rebates - 81.8k
10k miles per year
First payment and fees as drive off

$919 a month for 36 months, which includes 9% use tax

If you can get them to pay for fees then that's a good deal. I would counter with just 1st payment upfront. Your deal is pretty identical to what I got mines for but I only paid 1st month upfront.

For those of us ///MGruppe members, here's one down in TX...I'm sure nonmembers could get the same price.
How realistic is it for someone not a member to get that price?

Using the leasehackr calculator at that price, with OL code, full MSDs, and Acq rolled into the payment, I'm getting under $700 with 7.75% tax.

I would guess most likely that price includes rebates.
Email them and find out

After driving the CS daily for the past 2 months and 6k miles, its the best F8x ever built. I've enjoyed every mile of this car considerably more than the other 2 F80s I had before.

I came to daily the CS from a my 991.1 911 Turbo and while it is not a 991 Turbo, I think it punches way above its weight and over-delivers by a ton!

Thanks, I'll push back and see if they can take care of that piece.

Looking to sell my car this weekend. Hopefully lease support goes through April cause I'll be all in on a CS if it does.

I am hoping for this too. Anyone have an idea if the lease incentives will continue in April? With the amount of CSes still out there and the amount of time they have been sitting on lots I would think BMW is going to continue the incentives.

I'm going to speculate yes because they weren't selling at all when they first came out. I highly doubt anyone will be buying one at retail when people's options open tremendously once you pass the 100k point. But also, stranger things have happened lol.

You could just get it now and keep both cars for a month.

I'm STILL itching to get a 981 S. I love the M3 CS, but I no longer need a 4 door. The 981 is definitely not as fast, but I think the fun factor will outweigh the grunt of the M3 CS. As a Porsche owner, what do you think?

It really depends on the outcome you're after. I think the P car's feel will still win you over the M3 CS power and you do not need a 4 door. Try a 981 for a while, CSs are here and you can always pick one up as a lease trade.

I still have my current M3 CS so it's a matter of swapping it to get the right 981.

I literally just figured it out right at this very moment. It means thrills. Three-yalls is thrills with a southern accent. Not sure why it took me so long to figure it out.
