Maybe stupid question -how to get a radio station..

I cannot figure out how to go through radio stations since there is no knob to change the frequency of a station fron one to the next. Higher to lower or the other way.. It only goes from preset to preset. How do I get to the stations I want? 2017.
Used to just turning the knob and it goes from one to the next. But of course not in this car...

I know how to set the presets but getting to the station is the problem..

Use the wheel on the steering to scroll through.
