Money2536's Review of JRZ RS Sport Two/Fall Line Suspension Upgrade

So the story of my car modification life starts out the same. I do the mandatory cosmetic things and promise myself that this car will be different. I make the usual comments to my wife: "This car doesn't need wheels. All I need is an exhaust." You know, the words we've all had to eat at one point or another.

Well...version 2.0 has begun and there is no turning back now!

I wasn't feeling it this past weekend, so I bailed on the install. I think I'm going to give it another whirl this Saturday now that I have ordered all of the parts and some YouTubers set me straight.

I can't get enough of the photos of this suspension. I'm pretty sure, other than maybe my Akra exhaust, this is the nicest aftermarket part I've every owned. If it functions a fraction of how legit it looks, I'll be ecstatic.

Here is what the suspension is going to consist of:

JRZ RS Sport Two w/ EDC Delete: The Sport line includes top mounts, camber plates, and linear helper springs that the Touring line doesn't have. Your some serious cash to get these.
Cost: $5,070 plus $545 cancellation kit.

Fall Line Motorsports Toe Link Kit: I had these on my E92. Basically they help with flex in the rear end to help with traction of the line and at the limit.
Cost: $650

Fall Line Motorsports Mono Ball Conversion Kit: I've read about this make such a difference in steering feel during braking and hitting bumps.
Cost: $423

Fall Line Motorsport Front and Rear Sway Bar Endlink Kit: Since my factory front sway bar end link broke, I was forced to head down this path. Certainly this will help will corner balancing the car. I figure it can't hurt to have some more adjustability.
Cost: $448

Beautiful photos as usual. I'll watch the video after I start my bath and light my fragrance candles.

I thought you got the RS Pro Sport? Anyways we have the same kit (JRZ RS Two Sport) minus your edc canisters. Let me know if you have any questions about the install. You're gonna love this kit.

awesome stuff. all of those components look like they can handle some serious abuse. or a few years of intensive detailing mixed in with spirited driving.

there's nothing like quality hardware.

I just wish I had the knowledge, confidence and garage space to do this kind or work on my car. I got in a bit of a state installing my K&N filters, there is no way I could even attempt this kind of work. I have to get my car fix with detailing, that's about the only thing I can manage, mechanics are beyond me. Subscribed in the hope I'll learn something.

And you could name it "Forum Gear" (.....like, you know, Top Gear..)

Although wait.....hmmm, that now is beginning to sound like some porn-equipment, sales company. Crap. Scratch that.

Good choice Matt. Those JRZs look amazing.

All of the Fall Line components are going on my car this week.

Awesome photos. It looks like you got the install all squared away. However, I can't seem to see how/where you drilled the hole for the rear rebound knob extension.

Also, have you thought about getting this?

You were right about the mess of wires. I decided to set it in the middle and leave it.

Wow, this is really nice! I was going to leave M-car semi stock and now I have to look at this!! I remember when I put the AST suspension on my e92 M3 how it transformed the car and took 2-3 seconds off my lap times.

On another note I saw your video on the exhaust for your GT3 by Charles. I let him borrow my 997 RS for a stock dyno. Does not look like the 997 will get the same kind of gains that the 991 does from his exhaust, at least not without a tune.

Amazing work you are doing.
