Afe HAS kit or H&R HAS kit

Has anyone fitted either of these kits and can comment on how they are?

I’m leaning towards the Afe kit as it’s the only one with published spring rates... and the spring rates are pretty similar to OEM ZCP spring rates which is exactly what I’m after

Ok... well I will just give the lot to the shop with the install notes... they will figure it out.... doesn’t seem like it’s too much bother.

So why are you leaning towards the AFE kit?

I have the H&R VTF (HAS). Very happy with it -- no complaints.

Maybe it feels a bit stiffer than my stock ZCP springs? It's really hard for me to say though; I've never been a very good judge of that. I guess I'm used to a firm ride (I've done coilover setups on my past cars). This is definitely my favorite suspension setup though.
Overall, for my personally, I'm very happy with the ride.

My perches are around the middle of the adjustment range.
