Hello,

I own since May 2017, a m4 lci F82 CP may 2017, I have observed at low speed when I turn the wheels, or on winding road a metallic noise.
This véhicule have 2700 kms.

Do you have the problem?

Thks

Have your dealer apply PUMA solution 62105224 which adds a small disc (part 31108053073) between the front hub and disc.

Sounds like a rock is stuck in your heat shield. This is a common problem. Extensive threads on this issue. You can push them back with your hand. The heat shield is the aluminum cover in your wheel.

I had clicking from my driver front wheel when driving straight. It was similar to the sound of a nail in a tire. The dealer added a felt disk/spacer and it went away.

I am now getting a much quieter clicking when I turn at low speed. Its been there for a while and I've tracked the car without issues. Not too worried about it. I'll have them check it out next month when I get my car serviced.

I have that same noise at low speeds. Especially when I turn in reverse. It's not the rock stuck in great shield noise. This one sounds like 3 clanks. Haven't taken it to the dealer yet.

Probably build up on the brake wear sensor. Try to not be so light on the brake pedal and actually get on them pretty hard from time to time. This seems to always solve my problem any time my the brakes start to squeal.

easiest way to test if it's top mounts, turn car off, have someone turn the steering wheel while you rest your palm on top mount with hood pop'd - you'll feel it click through your hand

if it bothers u, go to the dealer they will install a friction plate which will remedy it for a bit.

personally, i don't care and have driven with it for 10k miles on my x5m.

Hello,
After depositing my vehicle at my dealership, there is indeed a note from BMW which recommends the placement of a washer ... I will be more tomorrow.

Hello,

Unfortunately, the incident is still open to BMW, the dealership waits for action, I noticed that by washing the vehicle the noise disappears a while ... back I will inform you.

Best regards.

It's brake dust building up on the brake pad wear sensor causing it to stick and drag on the rotor slightly. There is one on the front and one an the back. Your system likely isn't broken in enough based on your km. This happened on my previous e92.
