DCT stalling at start up

So it’s happened multiple times in the past few weeks and I can’t figure out what’s causing it.
I searched on the forums but most show only happening when parking and switching gears, mine is happening right after I push start.
I have OEM intakes with bmc race filters, bm3 stage 2 ots on 93, downpipes and midpipe and did my spark plugs about 8k miles ago. The start/stop is disabled

Can it be poor gas and I’m just freaking out ? MAF sensors ?

Any input would be greatly appreciated it !

You have an OBD reader? Would hook one of those up and pair it with something like Bimmerlink on your phone to see if you can pull some diagnostic codes. They may be lurking there even without a CEL on the dash.

I do and no code would stand out, something with the roof and the steering wheel heater since I switched to a CS wheel. I’ll run the codes again as soon as it happens next time see if it picks something up.

Make sure you have "cold start" on with BM3. If i don't when its colder outside it will almost die when i put it in gear and try to reverse.

I started to have a similar issue. This only started happening after i removed the cold start and when i've just started from cold .It's almost as if the car releases the clutch too quick for the revs to match. Most of the times revs would drop to around 400rpm and almost stall however on occasions i have stalled. If i let it idle for around 10s, it takes off smoothly. i am stage 1 MHD with 99RON (93OCT), stock hardware.

it could be the intakes, do you have any type of GTS start up roar?

i was running project gamma front mounts with the GTS start up roar, and upon start up i would get a stutter sometimes.. once i removed the GTS start up it went away.

I’ve actually always had cold start off since I tuned it in april last year and it just started happening out of nowhere. It actually stopped after a buddy plugged his computer and did a reset on the ecu

Strange enough I’ve had cold start off since the beginning of the tune and the stalling happened like 10 months later. A friend did a ecu reset and seems like it fixed w.e it was

I don’t think I have a gts start up roar, I do have the gts trans tune tho. But it happened so many months after tuning the car it doesn’t make much sense. It hasn’t happened again since my ecu had a reset so hopefully it stays like that

i dont think it would be the gts tune, but for me i think it was the GTS start up roar.. because i would get a serious stutter almost like a stall with it on cold starts. once i turned it off the car doesn't stutter but sounds so quiet now on start up lol
