Congrats!

The lack of a European Delivery option ruined the car for me. I had to pass.

Thanks man. I know i was pretty disappointed as well. It just wasn't a deal breaker for me. I've had two 335i and they both gave me problems. There was always something wrong. My second car was in and out of the shop for about a year. Finally got rid of it in August.

no idea but i think its going to be real similar to the M3

Two reasons

The first reason is the

C400 costs 48,000
C400 comes stock with all wheel drive and the sport package

335i xdrive m sport comes in at 49,700

The second reason is they would be stupid to price it a lot more than the m3

It'll probably be 62/63 which is 3k more than a base W204

I changed my mind about wanting a '15 C63 when I saw the rear. Damn those rear lights are hideous. The current rear is 10x better.

If they follow suit on how they priced the W204 in Canada. The C63S (fully loaded) will be about 7-10k cheaper than the M4 (fully loaded). I think the price difference between the 507 fully loaded and the E92 was about 12k in Canada.

I hope the W205 gets quite a bit of its personality from this beast:

The W205 and GT do share quite a bit of technology (motor, minus dry sump lubrication; carbon fiber driveshaft, dynamic engine mounts, electronically controlled differential, etc.).

Chris Harris: "The AMG GT is probably more desirable [than a Porsche 911]."

If that quote doesn't speak volumes I don't know what does.

Only major diff between gt and c63 is weight distribution. Gt has rear weight bias like 911.. Hense improved rwd traction.. C63 has thinner tires with less weight pushing down on those rear tires.. Its gonna be one smoky muscle car. It'll sound great though.

congrats! i can't wait to see how this car does. i couldn't wait so i got the M3 which i've absolutely loved for the last 2400 miles.

as others have mentioned, the rear styling doesn't look good to me (front looks quite great though). i enjoy the m3 from every angle. that's all it took for me to make up my mind although i'm sure if i had gotten "stuck" with a c63 i would've been quite elated as well. heck, i'm happy the the RCF is getting reviewed well. the more decent options, the better!

m3 vs c63 vs rcf vs ats-v should be a good comparison.

Goes to show you that those type of conclusions are useless. The new C63 is priced above the M3 in the UK.

I love the m3 but I didn't want to get in another bmw because I've owned 2 335i's and they both gave me issues. I decided to try a Mercedes. My dad has always had good luck with Mercedes so hopefully. That happens with me too.

I love the new C63. Totally enjoyed every bit of it when I saw it at LA Auto Show. I went with the Amg performance seats and wheel

That's going to be one sweet ride man. Congrats! The new AMG steering wheels feel incredible. The flat bottom helps tremendously with ingress/egress.

Yeah the CLA 45 has a flat bottom but I didn't get the performance wheel in it. I had the M performance wheel with the blue stripe and it was my favorite mod in my car.

Hopefully the performance wheel is just as thick. My favorite thing about the car will probably be those seats

Yeah I know the steering wheel you are referring to in the CLA45. I was referring to this new steering wheel (W205 C63 interior). It is a little bit thicker than the previous wheels.
