I think they are asking $169,200, not MSRP.
Saw it on cargurus.com and the picture looks exactly the same as the one you posted.
Unless they are wrong on www.cargurus.com
There is another one in Lake Zurich in the 170,000 range if I remember correctly.

They have it at 169 for out of state people (that's why it's listed like that online), but if you're local and walk in and ask, they will sell for MSRP. (Just confirmed all this with their M Certified Salesperson)

I agree. I just got notified that they will consider MSRP for out of state as well. My guess is, if you're out of state, you may have to pay a bit more than MSRP due to all the fees and vehicle shipping.

Dealerships out here do that as well. It's more the fact that they are not incentivized to give a "deal" to someone who they will never see again and won't service the car with them.
