In August I bought a 2017 M4 Competition from Grenier BMW. When I bought the car, its manuals were not included. Being that I am a bit OCD I kept thinking it would have been nice to have the manuals. Somehow the car was just a little incomplete without it

It so happens that I had managed to find out that the car previously belonged to a member here, jgrigoros

A couple of weeks ago, months after I had purchased the car from the dealership (He had traded his car in to them), I contacted Jerry and asked the question of whether he had the manuals and if so, would he ship them to me?

He took time to find them manuals and shipped them on his dime from Montreal to Ottawa. When I offered to pay, he said it was ok.

I just wanted to publicly say thank you to him for this. It is great to see that there are such members on this board, especially when you hear stories of scams (myself being a victim of one last year).

So a big thank you to you Jerry.
