Need some advice on connecting the car to ISTA (PAD Error)

Hello fellow BMW enthusiasts,

I've been having some issues connecting my F8X platform to ISTA and was wondering if anyone has any insights or could lead me to some documentation on how to properly connect the vehicle. I've tried using a variety of cables, including the ENET and K+DCAN, Changed my ports to COM1, and latency to 1, keeps popping up the "PAD error". Tried pushing the switch three times within .8 seconds but haven't had any success. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

You should use ENET cable. You can show me your interface settings in ISTA - I'll confirm if they are ok.
