Yeah that would be Trevor's arena.... I haven't looked much into the M5's before.... If a dealer has one that's been sitting on the lot, I'm sure they'd be willing to cut a nice deal on it. I would just need to do research on the discounts other M5 owners have received in order to determine where the optimum price point is....

For example, I knew that around a 30% discount was the sweet spot on the M4CS, as it was definitely attainable if you found the right dealer to work with, of which I was able to do

Thats the one I signed today
i got it for 88300

Total incentives 9500
$5500 az lease credir
$2500 loyalty
$1000 new grad
$500 bmwcca
10k at 57%
Just 7 MSDs without any down payment
I am at $751 inc 9% tax

I usually lease for 15 K but decided not to this time because It's exactly hundred dollars more per month In monthly payment for 15 K than 10K

If I suppose I drove 15,000 miles over during the lease I know I can buy miles 20% off what it says on the contract prior to lease return

My contract says $.25 per mile
So 20cents x 15000 = $3000

$3000 < $3600

Ca charges doc fee of $90 instead of 499 in az
But bmw lease incentive in az is $500 more than ca so it works out this way

Oh man i feel bad now
I almost backed out from the deal but it was no brainer not to sign for $751 for 110k car with only MSDs Have you contacted bmw in santa maria? They were willing to give me 19% off
They have 115k san marino blue

When i was doing research, i heard from the sales man that they still have a lot of 19s sitting in the port waiting to be delivered

I just got back to CA What a drive
I hope you soon find your CS

How could they have a lot of '19's sitting at the port when the '20's have already hit dealer dealer lots?!? Am I missing something here?!?

I was told not a lot of dealers are getting the CS because they are losing money on it so they are just sitting at the port.
Just got mine Friday and was told the car was just sitting at the port for a month or so with possible original allocation in New York

dealers can't refuse cars allocated to them , they can try to trade them to another dealer for another car , so I doubt a lot of 19 sitting at port waiting for dealers to accept. my local dealer already received 4 2020 M4CS that hey are reluctant to take because they are hard sell but they can't do much about
also with all these crazy deals , I don't think dealers are losing much if any money on them .
remember these cars have 9 k flagship money from factory and dealer has around 13 % on them before they lose any money

and then the crazy good BMW USA incentives/Loyalty/OL items you can get too.

Is the lease mileage at end of lease negotiable for purchase? Mine just says I will be charged $.30/excess miles at end of lease, but does not mention how much it would be to purchase miles

or are we talking about in section 15 of the lease contract where it says BMW may refund remaining mileage at $.25/miles? does that equal what BMWFS would charge you if you purchase mileage prior to the end of lease?

You can log into your online bmwfs accn to purchase miles prior to lease return

If you buy miles prior to return, you can get 20% off of what it says on your lease contract

My contract says ill be charged 25cents per mile so if i buy miles before lease return i can get it for 20cents(20% off 25 cents)

thanks for the tip, I will have to wait closer. I have a 10k/yr lease, but something tells me that I'll go over because of how much fun the car is to drive.

How long before the '20s start seeing similar discounts? There’s still a good amount of '19 inventory but it’s amazing that 20s have similar MSRP as before - BMW setting these cars up for fire sales again.

What’s “flagship money”? Is this another term for trunk money? Also, where did you get the 9k number? Just curious.

It’s also surprising there’s 13% margin - M5s for example are 6% to invoice + 5% AVP (if dealer earns it). But maybe M4CS has different pricing structure. It’s certainly clear there’s *something* funny going on given the deals people are getting .

You show them your transcript or diploma that youve graduated recently from college and you get the incentive

Bmwcca.org go buy 3year membership and you can get post sale incentives with lease contract and bill of sale etc

flagship money is exactly trunk money
the 13 % actual cost varies by a bunch of other variables and incentives but this what I have been told is a rough estimate
