Wow, that's quite some varying results here on this thread. From a Hellcat stomping the new Huracan up to the M4 defeating a Hellcat.

Were the Hellcat drivers bad in the cases the M4 won, or were those exceptionally strong M4's before the mods were applied putting them way over 500whp?

That wasn't a win. It was close. As you can see the hellcat immediateLy appears after finish. Also, they are notorious for spinning. Who knows what kind of traction issues hellcat had.

Might turn a faster lap around Sebring

(A stock hellcat is faster than a stock m4 around Sebring).

with high HP cars esp. ones that come in 3 pedals driver is a huge factor that cannot be ignored

if you run into a n00b driver you could win in the M

If you start in the right gear and the Hellcat is gear-hunting for the first few seconds of the run it'll take the Hellcat a while to catch back up to you

Equal drivers the Hellcat should put zip codes on an F8x M in a straightline, but on the street too many factors

I guess the old school M guys would say "who cares" to the m4 vs hellcat question. I sat shotgun in a 997.1 gt3 and we did 3 highway runs with a hellcat and that thing just exploded and walked away. I'm guessing that modded m4 better be modded to at least 550+ hp at the wheels to make it interesting

997 GT3 is only 415 at the crank, they feel slow in a straight line.

I didn't take video. Oh yea, the pedal is going to the floor in 17 on that one lap and you have to jump on the brakes as soon as you cross start/finish and try not to hit the fence into T1...but it's still faster than an M4 :-P

Is your M4 stock besides the MPE? Upgraded tires?

And this would be enough to give a Hellcat a run on a stock car? Seriously? I don't know but I'm still curious about the 1/2 mile video and whether it was a stock M4 or not

My M4 is on simple bolt ons, JB4 and i was using race gas on MAP 7... Best trap of the event was 151

Hellcat had a lot of distance to gain grounds but couldnt.. possible bad driver

i don't recommend going against a hellcat looooool cuz i was crazy enough to do it with only intake and a catback /without jb4 ... nightmare

From everything I've read it sounds like it may just be possible. My car has the charcoal filter delete, AFE drop in filter, VFE Stage 2 ECU tune, TCU tune, Akrapovic slip on exhaust, midpipes and downpipes.
I am about to order some new tires because traction has been an issue. I will report back!

Had a hellcat pull up on me the other day. Had his gf in the car. I'm assuming he thought he would walk me easily. Long story short we ran twice, high rolls, doing about 80mph, I didn't blow his doors off but I was slowly starting to pull away up to about 140..

Don't Sleep on your car bro its Very Quick...if a stage 1 & TCU is pushing 11.1-.3 its a montser I know Stage 2 is a high 10's car for sure...Run that Hellcat HEADS UP...Hex FTMFW
