It seems like Alex's tunes are the smoothest, with most consistent power.

Alex - As I add more upgrades and potentially go Pure Stage 2, are you able to provide tunes to maximize the other upgrades / bigger turbos beyond your tunes listed here on page 1? Currently evaluating which tuning platform to go with.

Once majority of the cars exit out of warranty, i don't mind adding it. E85 is corrosive and leaves behind traces. E85 also can not be stored in the vehicle. If you are parking your car for over 3 days it should be drained out as it could eat through some of the plastic parts that aren't built for high ethanol exposure.

So I took the plunge and went Stage 2+ for a stock car for 93 octane, with Alex’s exhaust tune. I have the MaximumPSI crank hub (preventative), installed by them last year. I love living 15 minutes from BimmerClinic.

I also have GTS coding with CS EDC and GTS DCT.

Wow is all I can say. Yes the throttle is a bit more sensitive but having a DCT it’s actually easier to maintain speed when cruising so I’m happy. It’s still smooth and completely useable on the street in all engine modes. I was able to use Sport Plus cruising in the street and still be totally smooth. GTS burbles in Sport Plus are HILARIOUS.

I did my first pull in 3rd from 65 to the redline and the only words out of my mouth were “HOLY SHIT!” Zero slip and I was in full DSC ON too. It hooked and went with no DSC flashing. I guess my Pilot Super Sports are a good match! The difference between Stage 2 and Stage 2+ is insane.

Took a cruise out to PA and the trip computer said 26.6 mpg for the 60~ mile highway section. This is quite literally the best of both worlds; wild animal and somewhat fuel efficient cruiser. Perhaps the most amazing change with this tune is the ease of acceleration cruising in Efficient. All you need is a bit of pedal travel and you are GONE. 160~ miles into the drive I still have over half a tank and 26.4 mpg on the trip computer, going 75-85 with traffic.

Alex, you are the man, a true master of your craft and an extremely valuable person in the BMW community. Thank you. And I’m sorry for texting you a bit too much haha.

I've got Alex's Stage2+ tune, GTS DCT and MDM on a '17 ZCP with catless exhaust and the performance improvement is massive: thumsup: Driveability is great too, super smooth except for sports+ mode where the jerking's worse than stock if you're not super smooth on the throttle.

Personally I think the throttle sensitivity needs to be toned down in sports+ to use on the street unless you reserve sports+ mode solely for track days.

I've run mine on Elf LMS race fuel with the Stage2+ tune 95 octane or 102 RON and the car goes noticeably harder on race fuel than pump gas.

I'm extremely pleased with Alex's tune and his coding expertise and particularly his effortless remote tuning/coding process he provided for me in Australia.

So I’ve driven the car around more, and wow. 2nd gear is still somehow usable. 62F ambient, tires around 85F. There’s a tiny bit of slip when you nail it, but for DSC ON it’s terrifying. I didn’t have the balls to try MDM and truthfully DSc wasn’t interfering. There’s zero interruption in power. I can only imagine how it hooks when it’s warm out.

My road trip today concluded after 226 miles. I filled up with 8.5 gallons for 26.5 mpg. Not sure you can ask for anything else out of an M3; absolutely batshit fast when you want it and smooth when you just want to cruise.

Be more deliberate with your throttle input in Sport Plus. I find that works best.

I just had Alex put my car back to stock so I could go in to the dealership. All I can say is I miss my tune already. She's so quiet on startup now. And it feels like I'm driving a Prius...lol I guess I just got use to the tune over the last 6-8 months and forgot how great it was. When it's gone you REALLY notice the difference!

Order placed. Eager to try this tune after not being happy with bootmod3 consistency and smoothness on Arizona and California 91 octane.

Alex- do you reach out to add or remove options to the tunes, such as burbles? Also how can I request to have access to all the maps, so I can switch whenever I want to try another map?

Halfway down the gas pedal thereabouts there's a noticeable kick forward and it feels like full throttle. Datalogging the throttle shows 100%, however boost pressure is not the full 22.5~ that I get at actual full throttle, its anywhere between 12 and 18 psi. Going full throttle then gives me full boost. It seems that 50~%-100% throttle is just boost control. If you lift off slightly at WOT you can feel it pull back.

As Alex put it, "more power, same amount of pedal travel." This thing is SCARY fast now. A Ferrari 488 wanted to play and to my surprise he couldn't walk me, he was just inching away. Insane.
I can adjust the throttle for you if you can tell me at what point in what mode.
