My Hellcat replacement... M4 Laguna Seca Blue M Heritage Edition
Hey everyone!
Just replaced our company Hellcats with a new pair of cars, and one of them is my daily M4. This car is incredible! The Hellcat was a different animal completely, and also great in its own way.... I mean it was 700hp... quite intoxicating. However, I've always had smaller nimbler cars, so the M4 is a breath of fresh air. It's got power, handling, and the looks to go with it. I can't wait to really get into learning this car's capabilities and modding it. Laguna Seca Blue has been my favorite color since high school, so when I saw this car available I had to have it. Could. Not. Have. Made. A. Better. Decision. I own Luxe Auto Concepts. We started making and selling headlight/taillight tint kits for Mopars online and then I invented LightWrap.... a tinted wrap vinyl specifically made for chrome and lights. This product is now distributed to most major countries worldwide, and is the choice for professional wrappers and tinters. I'm stoked to bring my vinyl knowledge and tools into the BMW world. I don't want to be a guy who tries to sell you vinyl..... I sell plenty of it. I just want to share my passion and hobby with you all, which is modifying my car and learning how to make new products along the way. In that respect I'm sure I'll be posting a lot of tutorials and how-tos on tint, vinyl, wrap, and more. This M4 Heritage is almost perfect as is.... I can't wait to add to it. BMW killed it with the Laguna Seca Blue and all the special carbon bits of the Heritage. I've only got 150 miles on the car, and so far I've tinted the lights and windows, covered the roof in XPEL, and I also made some carbon fiber mud flaps for the front wheels. |

This is quite nice. I remember making fun of the heritage edition when it first came out, but more because BMW now thinks it’s some kind of fashion house instead of a performance car manufacturer. But the finished product looks pretty good and you can’t go wrong with LSB!

That 2 tone interior is awesome. Also love the tri-colored carbon fiber trim. It would be even better if they'd left off the labeling on the cf trim and headrests. It is a beautiful car, congratulations!

Nice pickup. Congrats.
Question for you OP: Do you miss the power of the Hellcat after getting into the M4? Seems like a significant drop in power, so I'm curious about your thoughts. Also, it's very hard to beat the sound of a Mopar V8, especially when compared to the stock exhaust of the M4. Did those factors weigh into your decision to make the switch? Thanks |

Nice to see the first Heritage Edition here on Bimmerpost. Looks great man! That tricolor carbon fiber interior trim, tho... wow! Is yours the 1st of 750? Or does every heritage say 1 of 750?
1 more question and 2 friendly suggestions... why no LCI LED Headlights or I think they're also called ICON headlights? Remove the tailight tint and leave as is or do a light gunsmoke or if you got the cash get the GTS/CS OLED Tails. It will suit the car better, imo. Black tinted tailights does look ricey. Get the OEM GTS /CS hood. |
