how did you choose what stays in the garage?
E92 was definitely not going outside. So it was between E46 and F80. Ultimately since F80 has CF roof (sun kills it) and more valuable it stayed inside.

Absolutely - I tried sharing the link from Amazon, but it's not working. Copy/paste what's below and you're good to go. They are awesome and have worked flawlessly since the day they were installed. Highly recommend hardwiring them in if you can.

Barrina LED Shop Light, 8FT 72W 9000LM 5000K, Daylight White, V Shape, Clear Cover, Hight Output, Linkable Shop Lights, T8 LED Tube Lights, LED Shop Lights for Garage 8 Foot with Plug (Pack of 10)

That's a great setup, and exactly what I needed to show my wife.... we've done the flooring already. Need the storage cabinets/work bench space. Good job!

Doesn't get any better than this. This owner HAS to be on this forum with this lineup, right?

From article: "The Witte family spent $30,000 to build a show garage in their home in Granbury, Texas, that lets them keep an eye on their 2016 BMW M3 and their 2019 BMW M2 Competition."

Bendpak is great stuff.

How's the feel with CCBs versus steelies?

Still need to replace the DS, and the booster. Hoping to finish up his weekend. I'll report back.

Wife and I have been in our house for ~13 years or so, and have never really felt like a garage was within reach due to the cash outlay associated with it. Bought my M4 last summer and was like 'damn, I really wish I had a garage for this thing!', as it sits outside (covered) all the time. However, since house prices have gone nuts, we used that valuation to open a HELOC and build a garage.

It's a semi-prefab, built about an hour away, hauled in on a huge flatbed crane truck, and assembled (initially) in about week. The first day is the whopper, went from 'bare foundation' to 'walls, trusses and roof sheathed', was a great day.

Just missing a few small details - electrical (running 100A/220v for EV charger capacity in the future) and new driveway coming this week, garage doors are a bit further out unfortunately (early Nov). Considering we only started the process on July 4th weekend, I'm pretty pleased with the timeline.

Probably going to do a Ribtrax floor next spring or summer.

Cool idea to paint the inside of the garage door... I'll have to think about that one.
