Renting A BMW from BMW on Demand at Welt

Anyone know if there are any mileage restrictions on the BMW rentals?

Also trying to do this but I can't get the website to work. (https://portal.bmw-on-demand.de/)

I did the whole registration, a 1 EUR charge hit my credit card to validate, but when I try to log in it says "Your account is blocked." I even did a password reset in case I fat fingered and get the same message with the new PW.

Trying to reserve an M5 for half a day to make sure I get it as I'm only in Munich for a day so have zero flexibility on date/time.

Any ideas?

Try a different browser. Just a thought

Have tried different browser and different computer. Same result.

Sent them an email and will try calling tomorrow morning if it's still not up. Was just hoping to get it booked as they definitely look like they fill up on the weekend slots.

Update in case anyone was interested: BMW systems were having issues over the weekend. Back up now and reservation went through without a hitch. Can't wait to spend half a day with an M5

Hah. Okay, so I promise I was looking forward to driving the M5 but the day I'll be there just got availability for an i8 roadster so I switched to that.

I think it will actually be a better/different experience as I drive an M550i at home every day. Besides, I feel like it'll be a better experience if I just go up to the performance center at some point and get an M5 out on the track.
