IND Grille Surround

I just received my package from IND. I had ordered the f80 grill surround but I don't think this is it. It also came with the grill slats. Can anyone confirm this?

Those should be the right ones. After you remove your old surrounds, take the double slat grills out of those and install them in the iND surrounds...they are interchangeable. Then put the new surrounds in and you're good to go!

Thanks man, I was just expecting the grill surrounds and not the slats. I'm taking delivery tomorrow so I can't compare it stock grill. Thanks again

They are correct. I just installed the same ones. Just pop out the inserts. I put up a diy yesterday in this subforum. Congrats in advance!

That's because those are originally bmw grill set from f32 4 series coupe.
BMW doesn't sell surround piece only. So IND buys complete grill including slat, paint the surround then ship both together.

Actually they offer the F32 M-performance set that comes black from factory and grill surrounds painted black. I got the same ones as the OP from them.

Damn, I had the same pleasant surprise today! Got the surrounds in the mail and the centers were there too. Awesome work iND!

Indeed! I always thought the gloss black was too dark. These are the perfect in between. Thanks for making a great product.
