hey all

so i a getting a college vanity plate that will have M3.

does anyone know if its against the law, in Pennsylvania to mod the plate a little?

in particular i plan to add /// sticker in front of the M....cause an M3 needs more badges

If it's on the actual plate. Illegal in all 50 states... falls under codes that prohibit obscuring or altering the license plate in order to alter appearance so that it may inhibit proper proper function of automated camera systems.
