M3/M4 Center Shift Knob

Anyone ever buy something like this?

Says its OEM Matching carbon fiber and looks pretty good. I talked to the guy and he is a CCA and Bimmerpost member who makes carbon fiber parts now part-time. Wouldn't tell me his username though....

Hesistant to take the plunge so looking for some insight on the listing.
