I sure hope this is different than the geniuses that come to shark tank... fucking 0.005% of ideas that are actually marketable that are stolen on the pennies by other clowns that made their money ages ago in a different market... but hey, it teaches people something I suppose

Digital Agency started in 2005 was bought / merged in 2013, now have 3 locations Indy, Chicago, NJ.

5 years on my consulting company (preconstruction services for apartment and hotel builders). 10 years on performance parts. I will never work for anyone ever again. I work half a year at most. Take off when I want. Don't have to sit in traffic ever. Working from home means I can live anywhere....the best part.

3rd business starts soon. 100% recycled homes, off grid, sustainable living. Mcmansions at first then affordable housing.

Started it in Germany (still active duty Air Force). It was highly profitable there, but here in South Dakota, not so much. Wedding films is the main service here. Decent pay, but a lot of work. Being military, I can't commit to long timelines, because uncle sam owns me and my time, but in 3 years I'll retire, and then it's go time.
Still love flying all over the world to work on projects, but using my leave days to get there gets old.

Inspiring posts. Looking forward to this thread growing.
