Selling Advice - 2017 M3 w/accident
I have a 2022 M3 that should get here in early Feb, so time to sell my 2017 M3 that I bought new in late 2016.
Main issue is that six months ago I was hit from behind while actually in a BMW dealer service entry bay. :-( I was at a stand still waiting and someone crawled up behind me then accidentally hit gas instead of brake. Ended up with 10K worth of damage since I hit car parked in front of me. Replaced front bumper, rear bumper, and trunk. Body shop did fantastic job and actually looks even better than before since replaced with brand new parts. I know this will impact selling value, but curious as to how much. KBB giving me about a $52K trade in estimate with seems aligned with what I see cars currently listing at (around $55K-$58K). Thoughts on what hit I would expect by having this accident? 2017 M3 (non comp), DCT 35K miles Single owner, all records kept, no track time, car in very good condition inside and out. Personally, I would go to THAT dealership and get an offer, just to see their number.
If it's in range they get it back.
