F80 vs. Supercharged E92

Supercharge the e92 with an ESS kit, an f80 can't touch that driving experience...

My K20 Civic will smoke your E92 in reverse and has a far superior driving experience.

Any pics of your K20 Civic? I push a 2011 Si for my daily.

K20Z3 and S65B40 are some of the greatest naturally aspirated motors ever created.

A new account, with 2 whole posts, who'se profiles says he drives a G37s.

Troll.

Edit: not a new account, registered in 2013. Still, 2 whole posts. Troll.

How much does a supercharger build (like that) cost on e92? I dont think thats enough power to beat my downpipe/tune f80 but it still looks like fun

Not sure how much faster the 625 kit is, but I am tuned without downpipes and smoke the vt1-550 cars

I used to have a AA supercharged E92. It was fun while it lasted. I would not do it again though, f8x is such a better car and to me so much more fun to drive with that extra torque.

E9x I would never own again. While f8x I'm considering to purchase a new one once the current one gets to too many miles.

Cool! Any idea of an estimate of (needed/highly recommended) supporting mods and install?

Is the lack of torque (with forced induction) due to super charging vs turbocharging? Maybe a turbo solution would be better, and if so, is there one for the E9x?

Seriously - who cares ?

If you like an E92, just get it and leave it as it is.
What does the E92 have better than a F82 ?
1. Sound
2. High revs - 8,500 rpm
3. Better stereo it seems
4. Better A/C

That's it - nothing else.

If you want more power, nicer interior, lower & better seating position, better tech and a whole lot more of a raw driving experience, then get a F82.

I've got an F82 that I like very much, thanks for your concern.

As for who cares, well, I care, because I am curious about the capabilities of the engine in the E9x M cars. Sorry that disturbed your day. Oh, wait, not sorry. I'd throw a GFY in there, but don't want to come off as too harsh.

Catless X-Pipe and wider rubber in the rear is all that's needed.

A few companies tried, but from what i remember only saw Gintani succeeded with that project. Not sure how many people actually run that setup as its quite expensive at 18k.

Torque looks to be improved, but not a whole lot.

Why not ask these questions in the E9X forums where all the resources are there with just a search?
