What does it take for a M4 to run 10s

FBO and tune? Just a JB4? What would it take.

Also do all year have this crank hub issue? What exactly needs to be done to fix this issue

I would put money on a tune and a tire ... if the right guy is tuning it and you have the right tire no reason a dct cant go 10.90

Check out Maximum PSI. I think their M3 is running in the 9s. They also have a keyed crank hub kit.

Stage 2 93 octane tune, catless downpipes, wider & stickier tires, good driving, and a well prepped track with negative DA

Stage 2? That term gets thrown around a lot and is meaningless.

JB4 tires. Downpipes. E85 blend

That enough?

What are some known issues with the M4

I didn't want to mention the specific Stage 2 tune because I didn't want this to turn into another tuner debate. But BM3

Cheapest way to get 10's would be JB4, downpipes, E85 or race gas, and wider/stickier tires. You would need a very well prepped track with negative DA.

There aren't really any known issues besides the crank hub but that is so hit or miss as it sometimes happens on stock power levels. Just know that if something happens and your car has a JB4 or flash, your warranty is most likely gone.
