SoCal BMW Buena Park Experience

I'm wondering if anyone here has had any good, or bad, experiences at Buena Park BMW for any services? I'm looking to get a brake service done and they happen to be super local to me compared to other dealers.

I'm open to other BMW dealers in SoCal. I just haven't been able to find updated information on other locations.

Any info on modded friendly/unfriendly dealers would awesome too.

Thanks!

I heard they went downhill after the autonation takeover. All the service advisors I know went over to Crevier. Ask for Isreal, he was a M3 owner also.

Avoid Buena Park if you can. Like Kyosho26 said, they're not same like before. Israel is in Crevier now?

Been there before too check out a BMW X5 a while back and the salesman gave me cringe vibes. Not knowing alot of information about the car(maybe new).

Locally to SoCal I read pretty good reviews from Crevier compared to other dealers.

I can definitely agree with this at least with my sales department experience. I guess I will end up avoiding Buena Park all together. I will check Crevier out. Thanks!

I'm a fan of Crevier as well. Israel is a great guy and also their parts department are awesome to deal with (Teresa and Gus).

I second that. Had some engine work done there to my M4 and while that went fine, my steering wheel was scratched up and they left my door handle on the inside left with dried up oil. They denied all of it of course.

Jesus, alright definitely never going there again. I would be pissed if that were me.

Israel is great, didn't know he moved He had/has a modified sak M3 that he drags irrc.

The autonation switch was not smooth and I had questionable service during that period, but they made things right. Service lately has been better, no hiccups since that transition period.

Is that the same Israel that Charlie was pointing people to at McKenna? I worked with Charlie for my turbo warranty and it was the best dealership experience I've had.

I guess I won't ever really know the quality of work rendered, but have been calling Alfonso Q at South Bay to service my car.

Most recently had them change plugs, engine intake filter, exchange brake fluid and engine oil. Alfonso provided daily updates and made sure the car came back in the same shape I left it. Perhaps this is a low bar, but I'm sure we've all got some scars dealing with lazy fuqs who don't give a damn.

Prior to this, Alfonso also helped me replace a leaking coolant expansion tank.

I'd recommend Alfonso.
