Placed my order today!

San Marino Blue DCT M4
Silverstone full Merino leather
Carbon fibre trim
Sun protection glass
HUD and reversing camera
Adaptive LED headlights with high beam assist
Driving assist
HK speaker system
Speed limit display

And i'm sticking to silver wheels as I think it will contrast nicely with the colour.

I expect delivery in April.

Woo Hoo!

Congratulations Taitum and nice spec.

The closer I get to ordering the more I'm starting to agonise over things. Coupe or cabriolet decision is killing me :

I am still agonising and I have my order in! The wait is going to drive me mad.

I thought about a cabrio as we have had a few in the family over the years and there is nothing like driving with the roof down, but on this occasion I the seats and carbon roof won me over.

Many congrats. Should be a lovely car. Interesting you went for LEDs. I couldn't justify cost (and I do wonder how long it will be before they put price up and make standard).

Adaptive LEDs

Regarding the LEDs - I liked the adaptive element although that can be had with the standard Xenons, but a lot of the comments of the forums stated they were a step ahead of the standard lights, plus I just liked the look of them! I have expensive tastes - but I'm worth it (and so is the car)

Cool Order placed!

Very excited - not going into details at the moment, but car is secured, and is maxxed out to the brim. Still not certain on colour but that can be changed in the next few months as an individual car takes a bit longer to produce. Looking at 66 plate delivery.

M4 conv.
Santorini blue / San Marino
Carbon Ceramic brakes
Adaptive LEDs
Full White leather w/ leather dash
Heads up
TV function
Surround view / reverse camera
HK surround speakers
List goes on...

Very nice indeed (slightly biased towards SMB as I ordered it). Now deciding whether to delay my order to decide whether to have Competition pack now as don't have production slot yet (been waiting since November).

Waiting since November for a production slot!?!? Why? I've been told they will give me production slot within 1-2 days even with individual paint.

Best of luck with getting an individual slot that quickly. Would have to be a cancelled slot to do that soon.

Paint's the issue - otherwise would be here by now.

Suits me fine now because I'll hold on.

I am still waiting for my slot too. In fairness my sales guy did say it might take a couple of weeks before I heard anything. Was also told that because of the individual order if I wanted to make changes it had to be now.

Just what I was told as well, as soon as an individual car order is sent to Germany, the spec is locked in and no further amendments can be made.

Yup but you can cancel the build and re-order without problem before slot allocation.

Pondering over what to do. If I am going to inevitably mod my car, would I just be better off getting factory modded on...? Hmmm...

Difficult one. If part of the fun of owning is doing the mods then stick with your order and have a play once you get the car. The competition pack appeals to me as I don't like to play too much apart from maybe an exhaust and a few cosmetic tweeks.

I am going to stick with the order I have though as it took so long to make my mind up and now the order is in I just want the car!

Wise words. Thing is I like what I've ordered. I've enquired about putting on M Performance body goodies before delivery and I know I'll sort the suspension (either M Performance's new KW based HAS system or ACS RS system). After that, actually I'll be happy anyway.

Just needed time to think about it

What I have already ordered is one of these set to normal as standard and sport at press of button!

Nice car! Glad I'm not the only one to spec their M to within an inch of its life. You've made me feel less guilty.
