BM3 Customer Support = AWESOME

My car was taking upwards to 6 minutes to flash and each time I re-flashed it would do the same thing and would never go into "switch map to" mode. Reading numerous threads about being able to switch maps almost instantly seemed like a dream to me as this had not been my experience. Sent a tech support ticket late Tuesday evening (after 9 PM) explaining my issue and immediately got a response and an offer to remote into my laptop to see what was going on.

First thing this morning Dzenan was able to remote into my laptop using teamviewer and did some poking around. Appears my laptop which is older was dropping connections to the car during flashing which usually meant a failed flash. So when I was able to get it to work it would do a FULL flash every time. Very frustrating and sometimes a little scary.

Luckily I also had a new laptop available and with Dzenan's help we got it setup and flashing in no time. Now I can switch maps instead of it performing a full flash each time. Awesome platform and customer service. Many thanks to Dzenan and the Team at PTF

AGREED!! I had an issue which i posted on FB about and within mins i was contacted by them helping to correct the issue ... i hadnt even planned on someone helping i was just looking for info but they went above and beyond

PTF is the benchmark for both innovation and customer service in this industry. I have personally never met anyone more passionate about creating a product that is transforming the industry but also standing behind the product by servicing it to the point of sacrificing sleeping and eating to ensure the customer is satisfied.

PTF has changed the game. I miss the product and am now looking to ditch my N54 winter car to get into a 2014 X5 xdrive50i and work with Dzenno on it. He did amazing things with my old S55.

Crack that B58 now Big Z!

Saw the new boost by gear function added and had to have it!! I am now consistently seeing "switch map to" and my flash times are under a minute. So glad I choose this platform. Bonus is every few months it's like Christmas with new options and upgrades. It's the gift that keeps on giving.
