That’s very interesting. It may have an underlying issue because the 2nd owner only drove 200+ miles. Possibly the second owner going through financial hardship & dealer bought it back. & the second owner has less price tag over his/her head. I’d join a Fb group as well and see if you can get any intel. Reach out to the dealer & inquire if they’re okay with you doing a PPI.

It's best to approach this transaction with eyes wide open and have the PPI completed. This will give you a stronger bargaining tool to negotiate the cost of any services the vehicle requires.
