Trying to switch over a license from a wrecked M4 to my next M4. DME IS BACK TO STOCK AND LOCKED..and I have no support. Ive Emailed these guys ALL DAY. No response..

Why didn’t you call them? Calling will get you the fastest response. Email is first come, first served so you could be 1st or nth depending on the number of emails the day before and today. I’d call them first thing tomorrow if they are open on Saturdays.

OP,
Most companies ask for 1-3 business days. If you email them on the weekend, I would not expect them to be in the office, which would delay things even more. emaling them all day does not make the response any faster, in most cases with every email you sent you are pushed down the queue. If you want the fastest and best support, send one email, allow them a few days to see it, and respond We guarantee a reply within 24 business hours… with most emails answered the same day if you catch us early. What can we say, we’re just built differently JK ![]()

I’ve literally been in contact with them via support@protuningfreaks.com multiple times in the last two weeks and got a message within a couple days regarding a license transfer. Granted not on the weekends which I expected.
