NY/NJ track/car club

Hey everyone,

Could I get some insight into any tracks or areas to let this car loose a bit, also any members of the bmw car clubs in this forum ,is it worth joining?

BMWCCA, definitely.
you get:
local/regional affiliate clubs providing events, meetings & so forth
discounts on parts/accessories at most dealers
rebates on cars including leases
driver schools
track days
and,
Roundel magazine, the best available anywhere now that Bimmer magazine is (sadly) no more.

Come to HOD Pocono raceway 8/2. There are a few of us out there.

Just came back from the glen Monday. Novice and Pros we run in different groups and there is generally no pressure.

For track days, not BMW-specific, but a good group of folks and generally smaller run groups, particularly as many of the event days are Mondays. Mainly runs at NJMP:

And Moe Colontonio, who runs it, is a character.

This looks awesome, unfortunately wont be available 8/2 but it looks like they have some days in connecticut, would definitely be interested in those
