Painted reflector state inspection
I have IND painted reflector on the front bumper and Sterling BMW won't do the inspection. I never had any issues with them for past 3 years until now. What the hell? Is there any indy shops will do the inspection with painted reflector?

Although - due to coronavirus, you now have 60 days of no inspection. "Vehicle inspections On a final note, Gov. I just went to local VA auto and Tire shop in Ashburn and passed w/o any issue. I guess dealership wanted to hit me with every single thing since my factory warranty just expired a week ago.
