Can anyone confirm the plugs for a STOCK f80?
When i go to ECS and plug in NGK 97506, they say they are NOT the plugs for the f80. They (ECS) reference either a BMW or Bosch spark plug. I've found that in spark plugs, on stock vehicles, staying stock is far more likely to leave you happy - especially with a quality OEM part not known to cause issues. |

I have no idea how critical this is...but just FYI I have chosen to replace each time I remove. But I am kind of fanatical like that lol |

You could use this plug on a stock tune, but you might get some misfires. Recommend using the stock plug if you are not tuning anytime soon.

Nice vid by the Blake dude. Thanks to the OP as well.
I'm dreading having some random BMW peasant do the plugs even if free under warranty. Tempted to just bang this out myself.

Also change your coil packs while you’re there. I did for peace of mind. |

Also changed out the air filters and took out the carbon filters while I had everything off. |

Are the bolts #19 in the diagram below (qty 4)? I'm really curious for those that have had the spark plug change done at dealership, whether they listed these as part of the bill of materials let alone actually had them replaced per factory manual.
