$1500 and I'll pick it up from you in Sac town. I'd give you full price but the repair, V1, and miles hold me to my offer. Lemme know, thanks my man.

You can of course then just go and buy a brand new one if your worried about the repair or want peace of mind. But the miles after repair and no further additional damage after all those miles go to show that the repair holds up and it solved the issue that BMW missed on the V1. To me this just sounds like an excuse to haggle and not a real concern of the quality of the item, I'm sure you wouldn't spend $1,500 if you really thought this would fall apart.
I have what I have and being as transparent as can be, it was repaired, reinforced at the places that needed it and has been driven for around 20k miles after without any additional cracks or issues or rattles.

Totally understandable, but I'm not here to haggle at all, that was my offer.

I'm leaning toward an AA Midpipe + Akra, but I'd definitely prefer MPerformance since it is OEM, but like you said I'll probably just buy new at this point.

Thank you for your time and response.

How are you getting Akra/ AA on that budget?

For something used I was thinking $2000-$2500, since this ones a V1 and has been repaired well I thought $1500 was fair.

I don't really have a budget, just want to keep it as OEM as possible for performance and if I can source a used MPE for a good price I'd be happy. If I go with the Akra+AA Mid then I'll buy new, but I know it will start my modding craze.
