BBS FI-R 19" tyre setup

Hi guys , just want to ask for suggestion for which tyre sizes should I pick. I am planning to use Yokohama Advan Neova ad08 and using the BBS FIR 19", my plan was going to 265/35/19 and 305/30/19 but if I go 295/30 rear what sizes should I go for the front? And I don't like the staggered setup, would love to go flat setup. Thanks.

I'd just stick with the 265/35 in the front. What is your motive for a square setup?

I run a 265F and 295R setup and its great (on 20").

265/35/19 + 305/30/19 will give you a flat set up as both wheels+tires will have the same overall diameter.

If pair the 265/35/19 with a 295/30/19 rear, you will have a smaller wheel+tire diameter than the front; which is the opposite of what you should go for.

If I were you and had to choose from AD08R sizes, I'd go with the with 275/30/19 + 295/30/19. You will have a smaller overall diameter and it will be staggered, but it will be the correct ratio front to back. And you will have consistent width relative to the wheel width.

Yeah true, my initial choice was 305/30/19 but will the wheels will look so small or like it is sucked by the tire because the tire is too wide for 10.5 wheels. Looking for square and not staggered setup

I recognize these. You got these from Phil right? Looks good!

OP - the wheels come staggered 9.5/10.5 width

Or are you talking about diameter?

I've done:

- 265/35/19 | 305/30/19 in Bridgestone re71R, toyo r888r, Michelin 4S and cup2, and Yokohama ad08r

- 265/35/19 | 285/35/19 in michelin 4S, Bridgestone re71R

- 265/30/19 | 295/30/19 toyo r888r

- 275/30/19 | 295/30/19 Yokohama ad08r and Michelin 4S

The 275/30/19 | 295/30/19 was my favorite for the stance......

What was your favorite setup for driving? The member in the thread below described that he had tramlining with the 275s on the front. Did you experience this? Thanks.

I had 0 issues of tramlining

For straight line my favorite was the 265/30/19 | 295/30/19 R888R.

Regular driving the 275/30/19 + 295/30/19 & 265/35/19 | 285/35/19 drove very well no understeer both specs Michelin 4S

Hey thanks for the information justin. I mean is the overall diameter and the stance, I was planning to go 265/35/19 front and 305/30/19 rear with the ad08r , so I have even height front and back because I am on KW HAS where the front is slightly lower than rear. I want it to be even fitmen or what sizes do you recommend on ad08r ? Thanks man

I'm curious - why if you have the money for what in my opinion is the absolute nicest wheels out there why not use the absolute best rubber out there in the michelin sport 4s?
