So. Much. Ugly.

I'll wait on the G80 and the new ISF; if Lexus goes twin turbo and AWD I will consider going back.

The Alfa GTA is back - and how: 100kg weight reduction, Akrapovic exhaust, 50 mm wider track front and rear, Sauber F1 input and more...

Reliability issues steered me clear of their last model. Wonder if this one will be any different...

New ISF? Doubt Lexus will ever make one again.

So, I guess this will finally put it on par with the F8X in terms lap times

Maybe

Good to see Alfa Romeo punching hard in this performance segment again

I like te look of te QV, but that wing - regardless of its track use, is the ugliest thing I’ve seen. Makes the car oil like a wanna be civic racer.

Local Fiat/Alpha dealer to me closed up shop not too long ago. Can't imagine anything is going to bring it back.

Personally I think it is a beautiful car. Unfortunately Alfa is only making 200 and how many, if any, will be released in the U.S. 😢

^This, our dealers are still around here, but the higher end QVs etc don't sell for shit. So I'd have even more of the same thoughts of getting it serviced/will they be around as I did when I was thinking of a Giulia QV.

The idea of this thing is cool, but I'm torn on the looks. It looks comical to me and that is coming from a person that has a fairly comical looking car (ZL1 1LE). There is nothing here that would make me pay the premium to move me out of my lowly Chevy for my uses/wants. I'm sure it won't come with a manual even if some of them do come here.

I think the regular QVs are beautiful. As I sort of said in my previous post, something looks off to me with the wing and fatter tires. Almost like they are poorly thought out mods/tacked on. I can't fully place why I think it looks awkward to me. It just does though.

Edit: Maybe it's the ol "it looks better in person thing."

Why unfortunately only 200? They sold only 238 Giulias in the entire US, including the base, Ti and QV trims, in 2019. It's no wonder that most of the GTA allocation is going to Europe, because they can hardly sell them in North America. If someone in the US wants a GTA (or any Giulia trim), I'm sure it won't be a problem, LOL.

I don't know where you got that number from, but I was so surprised by that claim, I had to search myself. Here's my source, which comes out to 8704 sold in 2019:

I was very skeptical of that number as well. I know they aren't selling well at all, but not that bad.

Hey Minn. Hope all is well my friend. How are things with the Camaro? You still enjoying that raw power?

Looks and sounds so good. Unfortunately it doesn't address the primary reason to stay away from Alfa - the really bad quality ratings. Oh wells.

(Oh wait, are the Alfisti apologists still on this forum ready to kill me for this blasphemy?
