OEM vs NON-OEM TPMS questions

Wanted to get everyone who has experience with NON-OEM TPMS on this. I see tire rack has the following "433MHZ TIRE PRESSURE SENSOR" for 35$ each. What are the possible issues I might run into if I were to purchase this?

I've read some have issues with air leaking out and others might require some coding. Does anyone have any experience with the tire rack set specifically?

I've got two sets from.tire rack, both for winter wheels on F80 and our F48. I have experienced no problems. I use the generic rebuild kits offered from Discount Tire and Advance Autoparts when i replace tires.
