PM me, I had a guy welded my MPE last year and it's still holding up pretty good.

Just find an AWS licensed TIG welder - don't limit yourself to auto/exhaust shops. Ornamental steel shops have, typically, way better welders. Labor rate for a licensed TIG welder is pricey though.
