Here are the steps to fix: 1) Remove driver side AC duct by pulling it off carefully. 2) Reach in and feel for the wire that connects to the headlight switch. 3) Turn on car. Headlight should be "stuck" on. 4) Remove the wire from the headlight switch. 5) Switch the switch to headlight off position. 6) Reinsert wire. Headlight should now turn off. Everything should work now. It seems like the connection point is the issue here… might become loose over time for whatever reason.
