Hi guys

In 2017 I bought used F82 trunk off ebay to retrofit my F32. It's genuine with BMW and number inside. i used to post about it here https://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh....php?t=1349456.

I also put M performance spoiler on it. Everything fit perfectly.

Recently, I parked next to M4 with same spoiler. I noticed mine have raised body line (egde) along the spoiler. I think I might misalign spoiler when installed it 5 years ago. So I reinstalled spoiler but nothing change. Lip fit perfectly no gap though.

Then I realized that shape of the trunk edge looks different to other M4s but similar to concept M4. Seem like duck tail is flatter and wilder (See pictures)

Any idea?

That does look different... Can you post photos of the inside of the boot lid, maybe even without any cladding. And the part number sticker?

Wow, nice catch. It definitely looks different. Can you post the part number? Or a photo of any other identifiable info from the trunk?

Concept M4 trunk does look different than production M4 trunk. from top view it is very obvious. but low angle is kind of hard to see the difference.
